This type of insurance covers damages awarded to anyone ,not an employee, because of personal injury or damage to their property caused by you or your business. It also covers any related legal fees, costs and expenses incurred as a result.
Product Liability Insurance
This provides cover for you against any claims from people for personal injury or damage to their property caused by any product you have sold, manufactured or converted once it has left your premises. Related legal fees, costs and expenses are also covered
