Employers Liability Insurance

If you employ people, employers' liability compulsory insurance (ELCI) covers you for the costs compensation and legal fees if employees are injured or made ill at work, whether it's your fault or that of another employee.

Public Liability Insurance

If members of the public or customers come to your premises or you go to theirs or you do any form of work away from your own premises, public liability insurance is probably right for you.

It covers damages awarded to anyone who isn't an employee for personal injury or damage to their property caused by you or your business. It also covers any related legal fees, costs and expenses incurred as a result.

Product Liability Insurance

This provides cover for you against any claims from people for personal injury or damage to their property caused by any product you have sold, manufactured or converted and that has left your premises. Related legal fees, costs and expenses are also covered

Liability insurance might be included in package insurance
